Trucks Invade Arnhem Street

An invasion of half tons and SUVs clogged Arnhem street as Hub City Turners arrived at Rick and Michelle’s for our annual September Kick-Off meeting.  A Harley-Davidson fire pit provided a focal point for cooking up hot dogs and conversations.

One corner of Rick and Michelle’s park-like yard was set up with tents to cover food and drink for the hungry crowd.

Tomatoes, sitting like gemstones exploded with color and were delicious as well.

The peanut container was attacked as if a flock of Blue Jays had descended on the table.

President Paul held a short business meeting prior to a draw for door prizes and the rest of the evening festivities.

As night fell the light became quite magic and made a perfect atmosphere for our final event of the evening.

Burn baby burn…  Members who would like to feed the fire gods and rid their shops of of troublesome projects are invited to keep the Harley-Davidson fire pit alive. See if you can find your piece in the pictures.
